During her undergraduate studies, she developed her writing skills as a journalist for the Daily Reveille, where she addressed critical issues and participated in redistricting hearings through LSU’s State House Program. These impactful experiences solidified her decision to pursue a career in law.
At Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, Lura excelled in her studies while gaining practical experience as a law clerk. This role allowed her to translate theoretical knowledge into effective legal strategies for clients.
