The idea to open Montiel Hodge was born from a need to better serve our clients. Prior to forming Montiel Hodge, we found the needs of clients often did not correspond with the internal structure and policies of a big-firm, often leading to strife – either internally or externally. At Montiel Hodge, we believe that client needs should not bend to firm practices.
